Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb

Alhamdulillah…! Puji syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, karena atas campur tangan-Nya sehingga penyusunan laporan Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Dan laporan ini sebagai bukti untuk memenuhi bahwa penulis telah melaksanakan Praktek Kerja industri (PRAKERIN) dengan baik.

Penyusunan laporan Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) ini adalah salah satu syarat untuk mengikuti Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS) dan Ujian Akhir Nasional (UAN) dan laporan ini sebagai bukti bahwa penulis telah melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan Praktek Kerja Industri di Instansi Pendidikan Nusaherang – Kuningan

Dengan ini penulis bertima kasih kepada kepala instansi yang selama kurang lebih 1 bulan ini telah memberikan kesempatan untuk melaksanakan praktek kerja industri (PRAKERIN).

BAB I

PENDAHULUAN

1.1  Latar Belakang



Praktek Kerja Indutri (PRAKERIN) adalah suatu bentuk penyelenggaraan dari sekolah yang memadukan secara sistematik dan sinkron antara program pendidikan di sekolah dan program pengusahaan yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan bekerja langsung di dunia kerja untuk mencapai suatu tingkat keahlian profesional. Dimana keahlian profesional tersebut hanya dapat dibentuk melalui tiga unsur utama yaitu ilmu pengetahuan, teknik dan kiat. Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknik dapat dipelajari dan dikuasai kapan dan dimana saja kita berada, sedangkan kiat tidak dapat diajarkan tetapi dapat dikuasai melalui proses mengerjakan langsung pekerjaan pada bidang profesi itu sendiri. Pendidikan Sistem Ganda dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang profesional dibidangnya. Melalui Pendidikan Sistem Ganda diharapkan dapat menciptakan tenaga kerja yang profesional tersebut. Dimana para siswa yang melaksanakan Pendidikan tersebut diharapkan dapat menerapkan ilmu yang didapat dan sekaligus mempelajari dunia industri. Tanpa diadakannya Pendidikan Sistem Ganda ini kita tidak dapat langsung terjun ke dunia industri karena kita belum mengetahui situasi dan kondisi lingkungan kerja.

Ada beberapa peraturan tentang Paktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) dan putusan Menteri. Adapun peraturan Praktek Kerja Industri(PRAKERIN) adalah sebagai berikut :

Tercantum pada UU. No. 2 tahun 1989 tentang Pendidikan Nasional yaitu untuk menyiapkan peseta didik melalui kegiataan bimbingan, pengajaran, dan/atau latihan bagi peranannya di masa yang akan datang.

Peraturan Pemerintah No. 29 tahun 1990 tentang Pendidikan Menengah yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik sebagai anggota masyarakat dalam mengadakan hubungan timbal balik dengan lingkungan sosial, budaya, alam sekitar, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta didik untuk melanjutkan pendidikan pada jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan untuk mengembangkan diri sejalan dengan perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) serta kebudayaan;

Peraturan pemerintah No. 39 tahun 1992 tentang peran serta masyarakat dalam Pendidikan Nasional, serta Keputusan Menteri No. 0490/1993 tentang Kurikulum SMK yang berisi bahwa “Dalam melaksanakan pendidikan dilaksanakan melalui dua jalur yaitu Pendidikan didalam sekolah dan Pendidikan diluar sekolah”

1.2 Tujuan



Tujuan Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) adalah sebagai berikut :

1.      Diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan yang berharga, dan memperoleh masukan serta umpan balik guna memperbaiki dan mengembangkan kesesuaian pendidikan dan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan.

2.      Meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa pada aspek-aspek usaha yang professional dalam lapangan kerja antara lain struktur organisasi, jenjang karir dan teknik.

3.      Untuk mencapai Visi dan Misi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Bangun Bangsa Mandiri.

4.      Mengimplotasikan antara pendidikan disekolah dan diluar sekolah.

5.      Untuk memperkenalkan siswa pada dunia usaha.

6.      Menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan sikap profisional yang di perlukan siswa untuk memasuki dunia usaha.

7.      Memperkokoh link and mact antara SMK dan dunia kerja.

1.3 Manfaat



Adapun manfaat dari Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) manfaatnya adalah sebagai berikut :

1.      Dapat mengenali suatu pekerjaan industri dilapangan sehingga setelah selesai dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Bangun Bangsa Mandiri dan terjun kelapangan kerja industri dapat memandang suatu pekerjaan yang tidak asing lagi baginya.

2.      Dapat menambah keterampilan dan wawasan dalam dunia usaha yang professional dan handal.

3.      Untuk mengasa keterampilan yang telah diberikan disekolah dan juga sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Bangun Bangsa Mandiri.

4.       Dapat menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas, yaitu tenaga kerja yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan, keterampilan, etos kerja yang sesuai dengan tuntutan lapangan pekerjaan.

   3. Menjalin kerja sama dan kemitraan dengan dunia usaha industri instansi terkait dengan masyarakat dalam uaha peningkatan kualitas / mutu tamatan.
   4. Memanfaatkan setiap peluang sehingga menjadi asset bagi pengembangan sekolah kea arah mandiri.

PENUTUP

3.1. Kesimpulan



Kesimpulan yang diperoleh penulis dari hasil laporan Kerja Praktek (KP) antara lain :

1.      Komunikasi dapat terjalin dengan baik antar bagian organisasi di Instansi Pendidikan Nusaherang – Kuningan karena adanya sistem jaringan komputer.

2.      Selama melakukan praktek kerja industry (PRAKERIN) penulis menemukan jati diri selama berada dan berinteraksi dalam lingkungan masyarakat luas

3.      Berinteraksi atau mengeluti dunia usaha tidak mudah, ada banyak hal yang perlu dilakukan, agar orang yang akan kita melakukan hubungan kerja sama dapat terkesan akan apa yang kita lakukan atau kerjakan.



4.2 Saran

Penulis menyadari keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki, namun walaupun demikian akan mencoba memberi saran yang mungkin akan dapat membangun. Adapun saran tersebut antara lain :

   1. Dengan adanya program kerja praktek ini diharapkan terjadi hubungan kerja sama yang baik antara pihak SMK bangun bangsa mandiri dengan perusahaan atau instansi tempat pelaksanaan kerja praktek (instansi pendidikan nusaherang - kuningan).
   2. Dalam penerimaan dan penempatan para siswa yang melaksanakan Kerja Praktek, hendaknya mempertimbangkan bidang yang sesuai dengan jurusan siswa, sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan ilmu yang dimiliki juga dapat menambah pengetahuan.
   3. Bagi pegawai, dapatmemperkenalkan program aplikasi apa saja yang digunakan pada perusahaan, agar siswa yang melaksanakan Kerja Praktek dapat memahaminya.
   4. Dan juga agar guru-guru selalu memberikan motivasi dan bimbingan kepada siswa-siswi SMK bangun bangsa mandiri
   5. Tiap jurusan harus diaktifkan praktek saat jam praktek
   6. Proses pembelajaran ditingkatkan dan Harapan penulis supaya kedisiplinan sekolah di tegaskan

Human Brain

The brain is one of the largest and most complex organs in the human body.
It is made up of more than 100 billion nerves that communicate in trillions of connections called synapses.

The brain is made up of many specialized areas that work together:
• The cortex is the outermost layer of brain cells. Thinking and voluntary movements begin in the cortex.
• The brain stem is between the spinal cord and the rest of the brain. Basic functions like breathing and sleep are controlled here.
• The basal ganglia are a cluster of structures in the center of the brain. The basal ganglia coordinate messages between multiple other brain areas.
• The cerebellum is at the base and the back of the brain. The cerebellum is responsible for coordination and balance.

The brain is also divided into several lobes:
• The frontal lobes are responsible for problem solving and judgment and motor function.
• The parietal lobes manage sensation, handwriting, and body position.
• The temporal lobes are involved with memory and hearing.
• The occipital lobes contain the brain's visual processing system.
The brain is surrounded by a layer of tissue called the meninges. The skull (cranium) helps protect the brain from injury.

Read the following text.

Evaporation
Solar energy evaporates exposed water from seas, lakes, rivers, and wet soils; the majority of this evaporation takes place over the seas. Water is also released into the atmosphere by the plants through photosynthesis. During this process, known as evaporation, water vapour rises into the atmosphere.

Clouds form when air becomes saturated with water vapour. The two major types of cloud formation are stratified or layered grey cloud called stratus, and billowing white or dark grey cloud called cumulus. Nimbostratus clouds and cumulonimbus clouds are the two cloud types that are associated with rainy weather, nimbostratus clouds will bring steady rain, and cumulonimbus clouds will bring stormy weather.

Precipitation as rain or hail ensures that water return to Earth’s surface in a fresh form. Some of this rain, however, falls into the sea and is not accessible to human. When rain falls, it either washes downhill slopes or seeps underground; when snow and hail melt, this water also sink into the ground.
Rain fall also replenishes river water supplies, as does by underground water. Snow fall may consolidate into glaciers, and ice sheets which, when they melt, release their water into the ground, into the stream or into the seas.
